Whitney’s professional journey began in 2013 as a Workforce Development Professional in NYC’s American Job Centers. Over the last decade, she has led high-impact community partnerships and managed targeted employment programs serving disconnected youth, public assistance recipients, justice-involved individuals, and other underrepresented communities. Her leadership has extended into staff management, project direction, and talent development across city, state, and federal collaborations.
